At the gym nice and early; ready for week 4 weigh in this Wednesday. The hardest thing is still my diet. I didn’t realize how much I eat out and can see why a big attribute to my weight gain was my social life. It’s definitely helped cutting that down mainly because I’m way too tired from exercise that I go straight to sleep after work!
